Agree with Tyson.. but I am saying that a large part of this is the
"cheaters".. Believe it or not but OEQ has "significantly" brought down the
number of success rate in other tracks (some casualties are there .. I
agree).. I have seen 7 guys go in past 2 week in Sec track n except for 2
guys all of them tanked it and I know how they prepared .. however, they all
cleared the lab but couldn't get the OEQ straight.

I don't think it (OEQ) is a great option but it seems to be working
(looking at the glass half full). In addition, I do not think the SP lab
will be changing anytime soon .. i.e. from lab perspective . I have been
hearing it for the past two yrs that SP will change but somehow it never
does.. IOS XR will not come into the picture anytime soon IMHO.. Again it
should but the big picture is that it will reduce the number of candidates
significantly and I guess that is not what Cisco is looking for. I think it
is all a strategy for capturing the market.
