You may want to contact Cisco support first, maybe they can re-schedule you without giving away the money.

If you drop it now, you will be giving Cisco $1400+tax. Better take
your chance - you may pass. If you drop it, you can't.
However, if you are weak in MPLS VPN's, start clearing that up. That's
is *core* SP topic.
With regard to Cisco's policy of "date swapping", I believe their
official stance is that they do not condone, nor actively support it.
Candidates who drop their date do so at their own risk.
