go for Holiday Inn Express in Dubai Media City..Cisco office is 2 min walk
from this hotel..

other one will be Radisson SAS in Media City..again 5-7 walk

search for hotels jn "Dubai Media City"..

worst case stay at my place...u'll get complimentary ccie-chauffer driven
drop in a merc to the cisco offc :)
