Hmm..

IF that were true (that OEQs actually make it easier to pass), what's
the lesser evil?:

- People who know what they're doing passing more easily (with OEQs)
- People who don't know what they're doing passing (without OEQs)

And for the record, I don't agree that OEQs made the exam easier.

Disclaimer: I passed the lab after OEQs were introduced. Since you're
a mysterious 17xxx CCIE, I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that you've
never seen a real OEQ.
