Obvious, but I assume you removed and re-added all the key-chain configs
already. Also, I have never done ISIS auth in production but I know with
OSPF you also have to add the keys to interfaces even though it is
configured under the process. The process config just specifies the
default for a specific area and the interface config actually configures
authentication with specific peers.
