Re: OT - V4, week 1, no new CCIEs?

Why do we need to categorize and generalize the 3rd World countries?
BTW what are the 1st and 2nd world countries? Do we have any 4th world
countries in the making now that China and India are amongst the biggest
economies?
May be CCIE numbers be allocated as car registration numbers so as to know
your year of registration and country/city as well.
