Re: tshooting and # of trouble tickets, scoring?

On Monday i like to offer a FREE troubleshooting lab, it covers lots of good
things, let me know if you guys/ladies are interested. It should be a 5 or
more hour lab and it has full detailed walk through and step by step
explanations. Once again its a FREE download from the website. No
