Hi
Sure, it is possible, but the experience can be while you where CCNP or CCVP
for example and not necessary a CCIE, we are looking for an experience
person in network design which would include Cisco LAN,WAN, wireless, VOIP
Telephony and Server infrastructure with Microsoft and VMWARE etc, the
job is for a lead engineer capable of designing full ICT infrastructure for
Academies and BSF projects.
We already have one CCIE in our team and we would like to increase it to 3
CCIE's So if you think you have the experience
in handling such projects please apply ,we are looking 2 engineers.

Hanan

Hi Hanan
If I could ask you a question about your requirements.
Say you come across someone who has 9 years 11 months of experience.
Would you still consider them for the role?
Joking aside, the "no of years" experience requirement does interest me.
Could you not see that one CCIE might achieve more in ONE year than another
CCIE in 10?
I hope you realise its more about WHAT work you do rather than no of years
experience.
Experience doing what?
After all, if you had a CCIE with 3 years experience say, who had achieved
great things, & another CCIE of 15 years who had not achieved much, which of
those would YOU hire?
Curious to hear your reply ;)
