You definitely DON'T have to do any cabling. The racks are in some
locations not even there.
Troubleshooting is definitely included, for the R&S exam I don't see
that you have to configure THE frame switch (as it's probably shared
between racks). You might have to configure a router to be a frame
switch, but that's a very small chance, back-2-back frame switching is
definitely a topic you will want to prepare yourself for.
