If you want to read a book that's written like a novel, try MPLS
Fundamentals. It will provide you with ALL the information you need
for CCIE SP and it reads so comfortable. Same with QoS by Wendell
Odom, great read!
Another thing like Brian mentioned is the MPLS-Enabled Applications.
It's quite an academic book, but is the BEST text on MPLS.
For inter-AS Multicast, read: Interdomain Multicast Routing (non-Cisco
Press). It's the BEST text on PIM I ever read and besides that it also
has some great chapters on inter-AS stuff.
For the rest of that enormous book list, try Safari Books Online and
just pick out the chapters of those other MPLS books. They all have a
huge overlap, so it's not advisable to read them cover-to-cover
