If you have strong written and spoken English skills, I suppose you
could pick up a job as a network designer or solutions architect
paying anywhere between $110K-$140K. You will probably find the
network engineer type roles max out at a lower salary -- maybe
$110-120K or so?

CCIE level technical ability + strong communications skills = very
sought after, particularly within the partner organisations.

Salaries can vary a lot depending where you're looking for work, too.
