Unfortunately, I don't think you can jbod your flash either :) I've had to replace them in the past for 2600's, I'm guessing that will be your best bet.

similar ot Johnny's comments, I am not sure how to, however ... you might
find some decent prices on ebay. I have done this in the past, a few years
ago. I just looked and saw a few 24MB cards (I know this is not what you
are asking for) for a low price.

There is also some cheap internal flash on ebay. HTH,
