John,
Are you exposing both interfaces to the internet? If you allow external
access, both need to be opened, I think it's just http/https for the main page
and 9335 for the adobe UI which on the second address.

1- For the DMZ configuration, if you are referring to a segmented meeting
access (SMA) no I am not doing this.
2- Proper FQDN, YES because I am able to access this server from external
network and I am able to hit the main page for the meeting place except that
when I lunch Join meeting room I am getting the mentioned error
3- For the Static NAT translation, I am not doing the DNS rewrite "as long as
I can I hit the main page for cisco meeting place is there any need for this"
