You did read it right. The other guy must hate his English teacher.
It did say and does say "exams" for CCIE R&S v4.0. However, I heard of
this rumored before and so I called Vue this morning to be certain.
They confirmed only the written is currently available at Vue. They
did have a CCIE Lab offering but it is not available at this time.
