Honestly. IMHO, I would choose the closest to my location just for the sake
of costs. That being said, I would also consider the food at the place as
well as the convenience of transportation to the lab location. I do not want
to get messed up on the day of my lab!
I do have peers telling me however that the proctors in certain lab
locations are much friendlier than others. This I cannot comment as I have
never took the lab myself (yet ...). I do intend to try Sydney or Tokyo
though since that's where most of my peers have passed but that's just
statistics results only (the pretty girls in those cities help to increase
the adrenaline for the lab as well I hear ...)

Other criteria would be the sight seeing but this is just to console me if I
did badly in the lab :-).
