RE: Af Clasess

The question asks Which CLASS has a higher drop probability. There are two
classes you listed below - class 2 and class 3. Then there are 2 drop
probability indicators - 1 and 2 making up the example of AF21 and AF32.
From this example the AF32 choice would be correct based upon the higher
numeric value of the drop probability indicator.

Check out the RFC - they can be a bit confusing, but they are the
authoritative source for the info.
