Re: ospf easy question

a DROTHER is seen in multiaccess networks where its neither the DR
nor the BDR. A DROTHER can b in one of 2 final states either 'full'
when da neighbor is a DR or BDR, or '2-way' state wher the neighbor is
another DROTHER.
