To quote the American comedy series Family Guy, visiting Barnes and
Noble last night was a "bigger buzz kill than Buzz Killington".

The Sales Agent initially indicated they had indeed received one of
the actual devices, and she went off to look for a manager. The
manager came out and indicated that they could not show me the unit!
They had not received training on it yet. I told him to go ahead and
bring it out and I would show him how it worked...no joy!

I notice they have updated their Web site now to indicate in store
demonstrations will be available Nov 30. Interesting, especially
considering that units start shipping Nov 22.

Most disappointing was the fact they no one there could answer any of
my questions about title availability. The assumption is that MOST
titles from the BandN website (including Cisco Press) will be
available, but I wanted some more specifics on exact availability of
the titles. Again, no joy.
