Roy,

If you check the "Help" in the ASET report for that particular task
(click on "??" in the report) you will get a long explanation
(including IOS output) of why we score the time range the way we do.
In a nutshell, the "to" time is more like a "through" time (at least
for the 12.4 IOS loaded on the ASET routers). When you specify "17:00"
as the "to" time an ACL will actually be good "through" 17:00 up to
17:01. So if you want to specify that 19:00 be the "to" time, you
should specify "18:59" in the time-range command.

But yeah- ask the proctor. :-)
