Yeah I think he's the one who had the "official" turn yourself in program
with no penalties. Yeah, lots of cred there.

But, the example given there is an extreme example of over-obvious rule
breaking. That isn't the typical under-the-radar stuff that Cisco rarely
picks up on.

  Actually, Emmanuel Conde has an entry in his blog where
Monica Cojocneanu at Cisco indicates that one such partner was deauthorized
and two CCIEs lost their certification as a result of this.
