hi Yatin,
I am not a Dynamips guru ... but this my experience ...
1. i got different idlepc values for each instance
2. i think ... working idlepc values depends on
IOSImage+PhysicalCPU/Speed+MachineLoad etc.
3. i could use same idlepc values over Core2 Duo + Quad Core + Xeon
If you about 10-14 routers ... just start one to four routers and get
idlepc values. now you have four idlepc values. one them worked for me
when all 14 routers are up and running. I had trial only 3/4 times.
DO NOT START ALL 14 ROUTERS AND READ IDELPC VALUE.
My CPU is always less than 20-30%.
You do not have to give up Ubuntu graphical interface.
But you can avoid GNS ... I am just using Dyangen.
Could you please send top output with -H option. "thread wise top."
