Eh I already had a g/f and real friends do not forget you cuz you are persuing a dream. Don't get me wrong I believe in a certain amount of balance as well just saying it takes dedication

i agree. if you shut yourself off from the world for a year, you may have
your CCIE, but no friends, girlfriends, hobbies....ect.
