I love your Outlook calendar idea, and as others have pointed out here
- how many and how long your study sessions are become a factor of how
quickly you want to obtain the CCIE from the start of studies. Here
are a couple of tips for the calendar approach in no particular order:
- Encompass Core Knowledge, command-line config, command line
verification, and troubleshooting sessions for the various blueprint
topics
- Work out sessions and dating sessions can make you smarter :-)
- Vary the mediums used to study. For example, on Core Knowledge
vary with Doc-CD, VoDs, and forums.
- Vary the length of study sessions; eventually you want to
incorporate 7 hour command line marathons (Mock Labs)
Enjoy a fun and rewarding journey!
Warmest Regards,
Anthony J. Sequeira, CCIE #15626
