in my Quad-Core I can see MAX 30% CPU for 14 router configuration. You
should see 50% - 60%.
But CPU % does not increase in linear fashion with number of router instances.

Did you strictly follow Dynagen Tutorial ? Are running this through GNS ?

64bit Linux is highly recommended. Could you please send output of "top".
