Hi All,

I passed the CCIE lab today and the number is CCIE#25652.There is no
question that, group study is the main part of my success. For last 5
months, its really my friend. My questions (even some are stupid, irrelevant)
are always answered.Sometime I use the groupstudy as an energizer, whenever I
feel to get deviated from the regular study ,I just post questions which I
have in my mind and dwell in the replies.

Without the support of the below persons I wouldn' be able to even come
close to pass the lab

1) God

2) My parents

3) My wife, she was so supportive during this process.I once mentioned that
,in groupstudy ,experts mentioning how their wife was supportive for the
success in the lab preparation ,she asked humorously whether I will mention
her in the groupstudy email, while I pass the lab exam hhahaha.....Without
doubt ,even if i passed or not,she is in my top of the list ,she sacrificed
lot of stuff during this process,it really amazed me how great she is and
also made me feel how selfish I was to go toward accomplishing this by
sacrificing quality time with the family

4) My boss,he was so supportive in accomdating time offs for making me
available to the bootcamps and study related time offs for preparation. He
was even morally supporting me during these periods. He is a great boss.....

5) I have couple of friends in UK and a friend in US ,with whom I prepared
for the lab exam....They were really great in helping me out ..One among
them was literally on the cisco webex with me for past 4 days and helped me
in revising the topics...

6) I would like to personally thank these below groupstudy members who
assisted or helped me in my questions .I am sure missing some names, please
forgive me so..I really mean it..Also other members of this group who
provide valuable inputs to many and through which I learned a lot

Lab experience

1) OEQ were moderate and answerable

2) Lab task are to the point and test most of the technical stuff. If I could
pass, anybody can ,so people preparing kindly don't worry and just
concentrate on the blue print and master the subject.

Some Materials/Tools used for preparation

1) INE Workbooks (Awesome workbooks) --Special thanks to Brians and Pert
Laphukhov

2) Scott Morris Audio boot camp (I have listened so many times,I even can
mimick him now :) ..Great work)

3) Narbiks workbook (I looked into this workbook in the later part of my
preparation ,one thing sure is,even if you are new to the lab process, you
can immediately start understanding the content,so well written)

4) Atended INE bootcamp twice (One done by Marvin Greenle(Good one ,first
three days were aswesome and the last 2 days I couldn't grasp much,as I was
not fully prepared that time on those topics) and the other instructed by
Anthony Sequeria/Keith barker(I enjoyed this)

*Kind Note*:Anthony Sequeria a nice attitude person and he provided a great
deal of confidence in approaching the examination while I attended his
bootcamp..Great instructor..He is so focussed in techniques of how to handle
te lab exam ...He provided me a "IPV6 theory, protocol and Practice" to
read,very nice book .......

From Keith barker I learned good key points on security topics

5) CCIE Command Memorizer (Nice tool as much as i used ..Not able to
dedicate much time on it )

6) INE VideoOndemand Technology -----Great Great one ...Brian rocks

7) Since one of my friend had subscribed to IP expert,So I was able to
understand many things from there material...I would say even that is nice

*If I go back in time,Things I may have done in other way* *for preparing
for the lab*

1) Read the whole Doc CD first

2) Read the whole INE work book/IP Expert workbook and practice labs

3) Read Narbik workbook

4) Then schedule the lab (I forced myself to give the lab exam before this
version,which I think was not be good for me,sometime I couldn't enjoy
reading because of pressure in completing the topics)

Sorry to take all your time ...I just want to thank you all and share my
thoughts .......

People pursuing keep studying, everytime I see a lab sucess story,I used to
dream when I will write one and so I got one by gods grace. So you will also
......

Thank you all

Regards
Anantha Subramanian Natarajan
