OT - Auto Dial-up connection Tricks !!!

Dear All,

I am preparing for Auto Dial-up Script with is Batch file which should be
run during every windows bootup
I prepared batch file with Rasdial command but unfortunately it is not
working after Windows bootup .
But after windows start I run that file and connection become up .

I think I need to wait around 15 second after windows startup and all the
drivers(Modem) and necesary component loaded and need to run that batch file
.

Requirement
1)Auto Dial-up Connection after windows boot(Everyboot) automatically.
2)Check the Dial-up connection to maintain UP for every 15 minute.

If anybody has any experience please share
