I'm not sure that's what is happening though. My though was that the folks
that are passing (out of paranoia) are cramming beyond the norm in hopes of
passing before V4 comes out. In other words, the folks passing are probably
studying and preparing better than they would have 6 months ago.

I have noticed the same thing as well.
It has been a while since the lab has had a facelift. Seems like it is
time
to change things up again.
I am sure nobody wants the CCIE to become less valued by flooding the

OK, I'm glad for each and every person that has passed. However, we had a
long dry spell and then it seems in the last few weeks there have been a
flood of successful attempts. Again, I'm glad for everyone. Has anyone else
noticed this trend? It seems every time I open my groupstudy folder there
are two new CCIEs.....
