in case of multiple MA, all Mapping Agents multicast the contents of their
Group-to-RP mapping cache in RP-Discovery messages to all Clients. so client
will receive multiple copies. This Group-to-RP mapping cache will always be
same for both the MA as both MA apply the same concept for storing the
cache.

Multiple MA will maintain their own set of Group-to-RP mapping cache
(independent of other MA). If more than one Mapping Agent is to be used, the
filters must be consistent across all Mapping Agents so that no conflicts
occur in the Group-to-RP mapping information.
