That depends if they have IPv6 reachability. Google uses a separate domain
for it (ipv6.google.com or v6.google.com). Almost all recent OS's always try
a AAAA lookup first and if that comes back negative, then an A record is
consulted. So if the site is IPv6 enabled, you will reach it over your IPv6
connection.
