I am getting an ERROR: The 'Available Lab Seats' activity limit

Basically, I am trying to keep my eyes on the dates and refresh the lab
booking schedule search, then

I have started getting the below message when I am trying to schedule a lab
exam, its the first time to see this message, and I am really worried

ERROR: The 'Available Lab Seats' activity limit for the candidate has been
exceeded for today. Please try again tomorrow.

any body knows
1- what this limit means ?

2- how to avoide this limit?
