I agree. I think the name is probably not the best. I can see using this to practice the commands as I, like many others do not memorize commands. I focus on understanding the technology and what it does. Some commands come easy, others not so much.
If a candidate is going to use this product, I would challenge them to say, if you run across a command that either a) you have not seen before or b) you do not know what it does, take the time to research it and understand it. With the explanations & links in the program, it looks as though that is the intending learning process anyways.

Nice product. It covers a lot of commands. Good for practice when you
are not on a router. Cheap and effective. On a router you have help
with the command memorizer you have to know. Well worth the price.
