The link is really good ... just what I needed.

Another question related to how this fits into the bigger picture / complete
network.

It seems that auto 6 to 4 only works when doing static ipv6 routing between
the ipv6 islands. So, on each side of the tunnel you would have some
dynamic routing locally for that ipv6 network and then:

1) Static routes pointing all 2002::/16 traffic to the tunnels
2) Static routes pointing 2001::/16 networks (or any remote networks) to a
remote 2002 address, probably the far side loopback 2002 address.
