RE: Troubleshooting Techniques

Joe,

If you think that is good, you should watch thevideo's about the lab on
Cisco's site. A few days ago on one of the mailing lists someone had a link
that had a cisco video that showed what a lab room looked like in 2005. After
watch that I notice is was only one part of several parts that made up a 30-45
program. I watched the rest. One they talked about the CCIE Voice guys.
They started tapping in to the Cisco campus phones in the room and placing
calls to China and other places for help. They tried paging the proctor to
get them to leave the room so they could share information. And another
goodie....They found a way to link each others phones together and they would
wisper over them to people in other pods for help.

There may have been others but those are the ones that stood out.
