OT: Dhcp Snooping Option 82 CID?

Hi all,

Recently I enabled the insertion of Option 82 data with dhcp snooping for a
client. The switches are mainly 3560's. The port information of the CID
field appear to be incorrect.

Firstly all ports are being represented as Gi1/X instead of Gi0/X. I believe
this may have something to do with how the ports are internally identified?
The second one is the actual ports are being reported incorrectly.
A device attached to Gi0/45 is being reported as Gi1/49. Now I'm not in
control of the dhcp server but the client assures me that the data
interpretation rules are correct and has provided pcap files which back this
up. The data is incorrect in the pcap files.

So my two questions are

Has anyone seen this issue before?

And does anyone know the exact format for the interface level command *ip
dhcp snooping vlan *vlan information option format-type circuit-id
string ASCII-string.

As I can't seem to identify the correct format.

Cheers.
Josh
