UCCX integration

Hi,

While being in the UCCX integration wizard I got this error message, "The
selected AXL service providers cannot be accessed because the AXL service on
the servers cannot be enabled or the host ..etc"

Even I am sure both of these servicer are enabled:-

Cisco CTIManager

Cisco AXL Web Service

And my application user (admin) have a permission for AXL API access.

Any hints of this error.
