I wont disagree that these questions are mostly to be asked in interviews.
As Iwan asked me to become specific so i thought about these scenerios.
Anyways as Rik mentioned i should also mention bandwidth,

so for the hopital scenerio i have 4 E1 links
and for bank scenerio i am taking an OC1 and 2 E1 links.

for traffic shaping i am assuming that i have buget to buy a specilized
device for this purpose. So which device your recommend, same goes for the
firewall. You can suggest a non cisco equipment in these two categories as
well.
