No, you totally don't have access to the BB routers. They will
definitely be there, but you will need to have other methods to verify
their correct operation. You should be able to ping to the prefixes
they are injecting on a given IP address, if it's not stated I would
try the .1.
Using static routes is also not allowed on your own pod unless it's
specifically stated in the question!
It could be that it's allowed in your specific lab, read the
instructions on the first pages very careful when starting your lab.
