Hello, GS!
Being watching CoD about Catalys QoS, saw Brian shows how to apply MQC
policy to the local ICMP traffic(changing TOS value) on the switch with
service-policy out on the interface. BUT then I remembered about local
policy application on the routers for local traffic and that by default you
need to make traffic to traverse through the Loopback interface or apply Ip
local policy command for route-map.
My question is there is no something common on this two things about local
traffic catching? Why with policy-map local traffic is catched and with
route-map not?

Sergei
