Mpls and advanced features included with no extra cost at juniper. Also virtual chassis for free. Junos features like rollback, proccesses independency, modular configuration not addon solutions.
Junos is dessigned for carrier, cisco for enterprise.
BUT, I preffer cisco because the marketing they have,because the documentation available and due to is easier for me configuration via cli, but junos is far away from cisco for a complex environments.
