hi,I am "student" with less money and resources... My first priority was
choosing a respectedl vendor, with good material and known pass rate within
my budget. I searched around and found INE, IPExpert and Narbik which fit
within this qualification.
INE is well respected in terms of material and pass rates along with
generous discounts.

IPexpert, overall industry review is that they are always trying to catch up
with INE, which keeps wheel always in motion on both sides of INE and IPE.
There offer was at that time some thing around 1400USD which i dont remember
well enough now.

Narbik, he is famous for his "Extra Ordinary" way of teaching and dedication
to his students for life time. But his material and CoD was never available
to me to make my decision.

I tried with INE and they offered me a discount which
was completely unbelievable for ccie 2.0 program (self paced), and even i
was allowed to pay in installments. I paid first and second installment, at
my second installment i requested INE guys to give some more discount and
they really give me 1/3 of total payment discount, for which i am thankful
to them and will always remember their generosity.

End result, i have access to material to a respected vendor with high
passing rates and who have minted more ccies than any well known sources who
announce ccies in public. And PRICE was almost less than 1/8 of that
"Official" monster. What else a "student" really need? If some one call it
"Grey Market", this is his business but as being a "Student" i don't care
about this hype.

Note: this mail is not "Marketing for INE" but are end results which i
obtained during my journey, and who knows what what more this "Grey Market"
can offer "Students".
