Hey Moin,
1) I recommend you restart your pod right before lunch, and if time permits
sometime TOWARDS the end of the day, but not too close to the end of your
day. You want to leave enough time for troubleshooting just in case. The
last reload is essentially a "nail in the coffin" type idea -- making sure
everything works one last time. When everything comes back up, do your
basic reachability test again on every device (tcl script). You will get
time back if you have a genuine hardware problem. RMON is not necessarily
an RMON problem. Plus, you should have checked your config-register in the
morning : )

2) You need to take at least a day or two and just go over things. Find out
where all the blueprint topics are located and be able to find them
3) Not much I can tell you on the OEQ except that I would go over my theory
the week before your lab by doing some light reading and review of topics
using the DocCD primarily, and perhaps your written exam cert guide book and
Doyle's books.
4) You certainly have access to calculator in the lab exam, as well as
notepad.
