Hi Zeeshan,
I have designed and configured both EIGRP and BGP in production
environments over DMPVN.
The BGP implementation is more stable over 3G links, however, they both
work extremely well.
One thing to remember when implementing EIGRP and you require spoke to
spoke connectivity (via the hub site) is that you need to turn off split
horizon, otherwise the spokes never see the routes for the other spokes.
Also note that you can have the DMPVN hub router behind an ASA firewall
for additional protection (though the ASA itself does not support GRE or
DMPVN tunnels).
For extra resiliency you can also have several hub routers, with DMPVN
tunnels from each spoke.
