i never went to lab so cannot tell whats proper way of action. But if you
set one switch as Server, then all the clients who has same domain name /
hash will get updates from server and all vlans will be synchronized, which
means all server and clients will be having same vlan information.
Regarding Transparent mode
if domain name same then switch will be passing the VTP information to other
switches, but will not have any effect on its own vlan information. In case
Transparent switch domain name is different than other switches then you
need to run vtp version 2.
