The reason is very simple. Those that participated in beta process had
some very bad things to say about the exam. The lack of material and
information for it also doesn't help. There have been two non-beta
deliveries so far and while we are still waiting to see the results of
the 2nd round, 1st one produced, what, 2 passes. Overall passing rate
is at around, what, 3-7%? Are you willing to cash out 1500+travel on
such low chances... in this economy? I thought so :-)

( yeah, i'm still bitter about it :-) )
