Imp-Null Remote Binding to connected interface with PPPoE

Hello All:

I am really having a hard time with this one. I am running PPPoE between
two routers

R3
E0/0 -> Dialer1
E0/0 -> Virtual-Template1
R5

With PPPoE, R5 won't bind a label to it's loopback0 network. Once I remove
it and just put IPs on both physical interfaces, it binds fine and announces
that label to it's LDP neighbor (R3)

From the debugs,

With PPPoE
*Mar 1 00:57:05.479: tagcon: omit announce labels for: 20.1.5.5/32; nh
0.0.0.0, Lo0, from 20.1.35.3:0: add rem binding: connected route

Without PPPoE
*Mar 1 00:07:36.651: tagcon: tibent(20.1.5.5/32): label 1 (#131) assigned
*Mar 1 00:07:36.655: tagcon: announce labels for: 20.1.5.5/32; nh 0.0.0.0,
Lo0,
