I have to agree with Mike. If you have done stuff a million times it is more
important than alias. Just my opinion. I am not say that you should not use
them just don't waste a lot of time into it. People always look for
shortcuts and tricks while they are neat at the end of the day its not what
gets the job done. I think they are cool but repetition and understanding is
way more important in my view. I do not type full commands but in the beg I
felt it was helpful to type the whole command out so I knew what I was
actually putting in and where to find it in the doc-cd!!! I know everybody
has a different opinion. I am not trying to trample anyone's ideas. I think
the focus should be repetition and understanding.
