q-2 One neighbor command can be used on every other router if
route-reflector is part of the design and three neighbor commands on
the route-reflector making a total of 6 neighbor commands , else if
you have a fully meshed ibgp design then 3 neighbor commands on each
router will be needed making a total of 12 neighbor commands

q-3 port-security has not been enabled with switchport port-security command
