There's no true way to do this. Basically you need a good memory. For
example: If you know that there were 3 question in a particular section and
your score report shows 67% then you can safely say that you missed 1
question. If you know that each of those questions were worth 4 points
then you know you missed 4 points.
There's no true way to know your exact score but you can make a pretty good
estimate.
