Thanks everyone.

FECN is clear and does make sense...There is still some grey area around
BECN though. I'm basically trying o find out when and how the BECN bit it
set, is it when traffic goes to receiver or when it returns?

To some this might be trivial but I'm trying to understand the workings
around FR.
