Interesting little wrinkle that might save you a few bucks if you're
looking to purchase this book right away:

If you go to www.ciscopress.com and order directly from there, you
will be charged something in the neighborhood of $75USD (assuming that
you're a member, and also depending on sales tax and which shipping
method you chose). However, if you again go to www.cisopress.com and
click the link for "CCIE" and then "CCIE Routing and Switching Exam
Certification Guide, Fourth Ed., Rough Cuts," you can pre-order the
print version of the book there for only $62.99USD. I went with the
latter option. It did say that "your book will ship approximately two
weeks after the publication date" after I made the purchase, so I
guess I'll be waiting a little longer than if I had ordered it
directly. But given that it's not going to land in anyone's hands
until after the written beta period closes, I doubt that it would be
all that urgent for most. You could always go for the rough cuts if
you're that desperate but they sure are awfully proud of an unfinished
product. Another $62.99USD just for an advance peek? No thanks...
